Apple is embroiled in yet one more lawsuit, and this time round, it pertains to its AppleCare+ plan. The case revolves round Apple saying that the alternative gadget a buyer obtain beneath the AppleCare+ Plan is “equal to new in efficiency and reliability”.
Plaintiff Vicky Maldonado claims that her alternative fourth era iPad was not “new or equal to new in efficiency and reliability”, who had acquired refurbished units twice beneath two totally different AppleCare+ plans. A Genius Bar worker informed AppleInsider that receiving refurbished units when your Apple units are traded in is one thing already widespread.
